We stayed in a hotel that was in the heart of a neighborhood known for its beautiful antique shops and close to many of Paris's iconic tourist attractions. Some of the best sights were within walking distance, and a lot of nice cafés and restaurants were nearby. Our room was decorated with striking colors and had plenty of space for the two of us.
We were disappointed with the hotel's customer service.

Our room was perfect for our week in Paris: comfortable, good bed, window on the street which was very quiet at night. The bathroom is bright, spotless, new hardware, and had plentiful hot water. The location was super: minutes from Orsay and the Louvre. Breakfast was good too. I will choose the hotel when I return to Paris.

The location is fabulous. We could walk to the Louvre & to many restaurants & shops in the St. Germain area. We were right near the Musée d'Orsay & the Seine. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is charming & suited us perfectly.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. Perfect room for my daughter and I. Safe area, surrounded by antique shops. Easy navigation, even for someone with no sense of direction. Close walking distance to attractions. Family room with two bathrooms was perfect. Friendly and caring staff. Owner's dog was a lovely addition.
Everything was fantastic.

The Musee D'Orsay, just around the corner
No tea, coffee or milk to go with the kettle and cups in the bedroom, a very mediocre breakfast with the worst cup of tea I've ever tasted, rather expensive, not value for money

The location is wonderful, but we also enjoyed the hotel for its historic value. It dates back about 300 years and everything is small and very Parisian. It was good to experience something so typical. The rooms were small and the bathroom squeezy, but it just added to the charm. The breakfast was fine and plentiful and served in a cellar area which was also cute. It was very easy to visit the sights of central Paris and close to the cafes of the St Germain area.
It was a bit of a drag to carry cases up steep stairs as the elevator only goes to L4 and I would have liked a bell boy service for this.

The hotel's friendly staff went above and beyond, helping us with tips about local attractions and even teaching us a few words of the language. Our room was always clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and great views of the city. Plus, the hotel's central location meant we could easily walk to many nearby attractions and restaurants.
The breakfast offered by the hotel was a bit lackluster, with only basic continental options available. we found that the hotel's actual cost was higher than what we had initially expected due to additional hidden fees.

A small hotel, very conveniently located in a quiet street one block away from the Seine. Very near the Musée d'Orsay and Louvre and on walking distance of many other sites. Staff was very helpfull. We were lucky to park our MPV right in front of the hotel entrance and they offered to renew the parking ticket for us every two hours (maximum stay) while we were exploring the city. They did so for two full days. This was more service than could be expected ! A simple French breakfast is served in the very "petite" basement. Of course there are many breakfast alternatives in the neighbourhood.
The rooms and bathrooms are very small. Everything just fits in, but really just. However, this is to be expected in the centre of Paris unless you are prepared to pay much more...

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable. The room was not only very pleasant and clean, but it also had a great view of the surrounding area. The bathroom was beautifully designed and the cakes made by the owner were a delightful touch. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location in this safe area was absolutely perfect, with lots of bars, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The prices were reasonable, offering great value for money. And last but not least, the breakfast was simply divine, with croissants and French bread that tasted like they were made by a very kind lady.
Everything was absolutely fine.

Apart from the location, nothing much.
First thing the Internet broke down more than 24hrs and the staff was unable to get it sorted because they had no clue where to start. In a business trip it becomes a problem to not have Internet access privately in your room and the only option was to use a cable (one for the whole hotel) at the reception desk right in front of the entry. Other travellers had the same issue confirmed at breakfast next day. The staff was not very friendly, every entrance needed to wait at the door because nobody was standing at the reception and the door was always locked. Not only at 22h but also at 18h30. I always had the impression i was bothering them every time with any interaction including payment of my stay. Finally, breakfast (although only indicated at 10Eur) is very dissapointing: downstairs in a tiny room, only one piece of bread/one croissant on each table, milk and coffee barely warm (not hot, in warmers and surely not on-demand when you arrive at breakfast) and the overall quality of the products is very low (cheap things from supermarket). Last but not least: on my first day, yogourts available on the counter where 4d past due date ! i turned them back... For 140Eur there are much better value with friendly and qualified staff in very closeby hotels.
